They came in at 7:30 am and we're done by 8 pm. When they were done they swept around the house multiple time to ensure everything was cleaned up. The management staff called multiple time to check on the progress to ensure that quality service was being performed.

The representative Melissa B. Did an excellent job of explaining the company , what they would do to do the job, material they would use and showed us samples of the materials. She definitely was very very professional. She made my wife and I feel safe with the warranty that she sold to us from her company!! I would recommend my friends to Melissa for home projects!!!! I think the company has a great representative working for them.Thank you Melissa for making my wife very happy!!!!

Do not believe every review you read. They give you discounts if you leave a good review. However, we are nothing but disappointed in their service. The salesman gave a lengthy and well thought out pitch (4 hours to be exact) about how great their work is. And unfortunately we bought it. We thought we were paying top dollar to receive a top dollar roof. That is far from the truth. The day of the install the crew was professional and got right to work the whole roof was done in one day. But upon further inspection I realized there was many corners cut. We were told that any rotting planks under the roof would be replaced that was obviously not the case as there was rotting boards still exposed after the project was completed. There was also numerous exposed nails, some spots where the drip edge was broken, and worst of all there was no flashing at all around the dormer. It took that crew 4 separate trips back and 2 months to finally get the job done correctly as every time they came back they once again tried to take shortcuts and we continued to have leaks until they finally got it right. Even then they left their trash in our yard for us to clean up. We are grateful they stood by their work enough to come back and make it right but it was extremely frustrating how difficult it was to get the job done right. Especially after being under the impression that this was the best of the best. Our trust that this roof will last for their 50 year warranty is unfortunately very low. But we do hope when that time comes they honor their word.

Salesman arrived at our house at 6pm and didn't leave until 9pm. The whole process was outlined for us during that 3 hour consultation. The house and garage would receive new roofing, replacing any decking that was rotted and adding vents, also replacing gutters on the garage. The quoted price was fine. We accepted the contract and expected a 4-6 week wait for the job to be started. A week later, Long Home Products called us to let us know they would be doing our project next week. They had a dumpster dropped off the day before. The crew shows up on time and gets right to work. They made a horrible mess of the entire property and also my neighbor's front yard. So I am curious why the salesman spent so much time at my house selling me on how great their work is, if that is not actually how the jobs are run. I wouldn't be giving a poor review if it wasn't for this. I would not recommend this company for roofing, I feel bad leaving a poor review, but they definitely did not live up to the expectations that they set for themselves during the sales consultation. The roof was completed in accordance to the contract and looks nice. Overall, the final product is great.

Pleasure working with you today and am excited to work with this great company for my new roof!Update- My roof was installed and it looks great.
