However, for those needing a contractor willing to commit fully to difficult projects and provide exceptional responsiveness when the weather turns, the highlights of Done Rite Roofing Systems' service are compelling reasons to consider them for protecting your PA home.

Done Rite Roofing Systems Reviews
I have a castle type home with several STEEP inclines to my roof. This by itself would have made my roofing job extremely difficult. But also, the roof was leaking around the chimney causing water damage on my ceiling and walls of my top floor. Also, there were so many large rotted holes in the roof wood under the shingles and through the attic ceiling and wall of the original barn wood of my 84 year old home. This company removed the original shingles, laid plywood over the entire roof, put new ‘whatever it is called’ around the chimney, and removed and replaced all of the rotted attic wood on the ceiling and wall…there was a lot! Also, a totally unexpected severe storm and winds came during their work and water came quickly into my attic. I called them during the middle of the night and Timmy (I’ll talk more of him later) and 3 of his crew came and stayed past 3am working in the rain and wind up on the roof and doing what they could about the water coming in the attic until the men on the roof were done. When all was done, workers came to pick up all nails everywhere in the yard and whole property, pick up all shingle pieces, put back all my back porch furniture and canoe, blow off all shingle ‘dirt’, and take away all trash. As an aside every single crew member was so professional , polite, and ‘sweet’.Now about Timmy. My contract has his title as ‘Technician’ but to me he was the one who took my first call, took all my calls, wrote up the contracts and explained them thoroughly with me and without pressure, sent out the crews, inquired along the way how it was going and if I had any issues, even came out with the crew and worked when I had water coming in my attic, and he went to get and deliver all the plywood. He was involved in every single aspect of my extremely difficult job. He was so knowledgeable, professional and patient, was a hard worker, had awesome customer service, and was just an incredibly nice guy.Lastly, Timmy made me feel like I was his company’s first and only priority, and isn’t that what all customers want.Toni Lubich, 100% satisfied customer
