• Scrolling through Facebook one day turned out to be one of the best decisions I made! I came across an ad for HomeGenius, gave them a call, and I’m so glad I did. We recently had our siding done, and let me tell you — our house got a whole new facelift, and we are LOVING it!Big shoutout to Mr. Louis and his crew who handled the installation like pros, and Mr. Dylan, our project manager, who made sure everything ran smooth from start to finish. Now, keeping it real — there was a little hiccup early on. Unfortunately, Mr. Ty, our first contact, failed to call me back when he was supposed to. But thankfully, Mr. Dylan stepped right in, took care of business, and made sure we were good to go.My King and I are both super happy with how everything turned out — the quality is beautiful, the team was professional, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to others we talked to.If you’re thinking about upgrading your home, I definitely recommend giving HomeGenius a call. You won’t be disappointed — tell them Your Girl Tasha sent you!

• I am honestly so disappointed in my experience.The positive is that I have new siding on one side of my house, which was desperately needed, before winter storms and they worked with me while I arranged to have insulation installed in my home. Please note that they worked with me on this because I paid cash for my project - the sales rep explicitly said because I paid cash, they’d push the work out till I could get the insulation done. The new siding is beautiful and I’m very happy I went with hardie. I would highly recommend the product.The negative:The work site (aka my yard) was left messy, which was a major disappointment as this company hard sells how well they clean up their work sites.Communications between sales, the coordinator and the project manager could have been better. The sales rep didn’t tell the coordinator that I needed to wait until insulation was completed before this job could start, as he had assured me it would be fine. The coordinator didn’t tell the project manager that I would not be home for the installation itself, as she had assured me I didn’t need to be present. It was a bit frustrating.The highest impact negative:Communication after the job was completed has come to a complete stop. The trim was poorly done and I required that a team be sent out to fix it before I could accept the job as completed. The project manager recommended that I change the trim color as the cut and caulking was very poorly done but, when painted the same color as the shakes, it would not be noticeable. This was acceptable to me as a solution. Also, please note that the trim had not even been painted, only primed. It looks absolutely awful.The project manager sent one man with a ladder out to fix another finishing detail but did not inform me when he would be dispatched to my house. My neighbors alerted me that a man was wandering around my house with a ladder and wanted to know if they should call the cops. I managed to get in touch with the regional manager and confirmed that it was a crew member from the team sent to work on my house.Weeks later and my trim is still not painted. I cannot get a response from either the regional manager or the project manager as to when they will come out to my home to 1) pick up the rest of the material they left at my home and get a sample for the paint 2) send a crew to complete the job.My check was just cashed today by this company and I have yet to receive an answer.I am very happy that I hired them for one side of my home only and, after this complete lack of communication, will not hire them for the rest of my home.

• I was so nervous about changing the house from this painted but now faded asbestos siding but the house needed it badly. Blake did a great job helping me decide on a product and building me through the options. Michael headed up my project and kept me updated the whole way through. Everyone at this company was a pleasure to work with from the start and the work was done quickly but with great care. The house looks beautiful and they paid attention to all the details including the window trim and new shutters. My 1930s home has never looked better. Transformation thanks to True Genius crew.

• They did an Amazing Job!! Everyone was very professional and treated my property like it belonged to them!! They even went as far as covering one of my vehicles that could not be moved to help prevent damage.. My Roof looks Outstanding!! And Dylan (the PM) was a Pleasure to work with!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
