Chad Look was prompt with his response when I first contacted his company to do a small standing seam metal roof on a porch addition. He allowed me to send a drawing to get a ballpark estimate and was also very confident that they could get the job done before my August ninth deadline. I kept in contact with him on the progress of the framing and he said he would get out to as soon as that was completed. He came out and took measurements and had a solid number on the cost. His crew showed up and actually completed the two separate sections of roof that same day. Great communication with his crew leader and amazing work was completed with cleaning up the site and did the magnetic sweep to make sure no metal scraps or nails left on the ground. I cannot say enough good things about Look Family Exteriors! 💯 😃My tenants called me and told about a small leak coming through the roof into their en-suite fan, I immediately called Look Family Exteriors. They had a roofer out there within hours! He did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic. We found some caulking that needed replaced on the outside vent. They fixed it on the spot.The customer service was amazing, the rates were very reasonable, and the technology was top notch!Highly recommend

I'm posting on behalf of my dad who just had his house and garage roofs and gutters replaced. New gutter/leaf guards were also installed. The workers were very good and did a wonderful job installing everything. The house looks amazing-we should have taken before and after pics.They replaced my roof in June 2024 and did a great job, so I trusted them to do my dad's house. The only thing that confuses me is why Look Family Exteriors has a 4.9 rating and not a perfect 5.0. They were perfect in every way. An excellent warranty, an excellent price, and timely and professional service. They clearly explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and why it needed to be done. They were flexible with scheduling, and did top notch work. With everything being so expensive these days, I don't know how they did it for such a great price, but they did. I would recommend them for any roofing work that you need, and I stand by that 100%. Thank you Look Family Exteriors!

We had an outstanding experience with Look Family Exteriors. My wife and I experienced some wind damage to our property in the past few months and needed some repairs to be made, including entirely replacing the shingles on a historic outhouse on our property that is more than 100 years old. We called several companies and had a range of estimates, but I could tell Look was the best option for us the moment that I met with Cody Watson. Cody took the time to examine not just what we needed done, but other aspects of our property that needed attention (without being salesy or trying to sell us on other work). He was the only company that gave us an estimate that took the extra time to educate us on our property's condition and offered to go the extra mile. These small items that needed attention he offered to just include in the estimate free of charge in our case. We proceeded with Look on the project and Cody later found several more holes in some of our roofs on the property (which he patched for free). He also found a section of gutter that wasn't even screwed into anything and he gladly secured that free of charge. It's the little things that set a great business from one that's just okay. Going that extra step with customers to ensure their satisfaction and a beautiful final product is how you keep repeat customers for life. Look Family Exteriors was honest, reasonably priced, easy to work with, friendly, and made sure to pay attention to our goals with the project and work around those with great detail. I will be recommending them to friends and family and will be reaching out to them about a large siding job in the near future. We are thrilled with how our property looks! Highly recommended!
