Cope Construction did an outstanding job from the initial design consultation to the little details at project end. Complete bathroom remodel removing large jetted tub and small shower and replacing with tile shower, shower window replacement, new vanity, new flooring, linen closet and many other little details. Very impressed with Drew and his team’s attention to detail and insistence on quality. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for your renovation projects.

I can’t say enough about Cope Construction Renovation and how happy I am. Drew, his wife and his staff were great to deal with. I had wind damage to my roof on my house, along with a porch roof that’s seen its better days. Drew fixed all the bad spots on my roof and put all new capping on the entire length of my house. He also put a brand new roof on my porch. It looks fantastic, I’m so happy with all the work he’s done. He explained everything that needed to be done, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, no nonsense what so ever. His workmanship is beautiful, my roof is fixed with no leaks and my brand new porch roof looks incredible. I can’t wait to hang up my plants and just enjoy it out there again. We contacted COPE Construction regarding a leak in our sunroom from our roof that has been off and on for years. Noone seemed to ever know the reason and would just suggest a new roof and/or sky light. Drew took the time to figure out where the leak was coming from so we could get the proper repair finally. Great service, Drew was very detailed and thorough and I would highly recommend his services!

Cope Construction installed a new patio/sliding glass door in my house the last week of July 2025. They took great care to make sure that the door was installed correctly and they made sure that it was waterproof and air tight. The door is beautiful. I highly recommend.

What a pleasure it was to have COPE out to diagnose and fix my leaky windows! I found COPE after seeing some of their YouTube videos and I knew I had to have them out. I have had issues with two windows off and on for years and am confident that COPE has finally fixed them. Not only did COPE take the time to properly diagnose the issues, but they meticulously planned out the steps it would take to fix - keeping me informed all along the way.
