Eastbound commercial roofing Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For property owners in Pennsylvania, a sturdy and reliable roof is the first line of defense against a notoriously harsh and varied climate. From the heavy snow loads and freeze-thaw cycles of winter to the intense summer heat and sudden, severe thunderstorms that bring high winds and hail, a roof in the Philadelphia area endures constant stress. Because of this, selecting a reputable, reliable roofing contractor is one of the most critical decisions a property owner will make. The specialization required for commercial roofing—which often involves flat or low-slope systems like TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen—demands a contractor with proven expertise and, crucially, a solid commitment to workmanship guarantees.
Eastbound Commercial Roofing, with a stated focus on roofing contracting services, positions itself within the Philadelphia market to address these needs, offering a range of essential repair and installation services. However, in an industry where quality and accountability are paramount, it is important for local users to carefully weigh a company’s offerings against its demonstrated track record and commitment to honoring service guarantees, especially in the wake of storm and wind damage which requires prompt and trustworthy follow-up. This overview aims to provide factual information about the firm's structure and services, while integrating critical real-world feedback to guide local consumers in their decision-making process.

Location and Accessibility
Eastbound Commercial Roofing is located in a prime Center City location, underscoring its focus on the business and commercial sector of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Their address is 1700 Market St #1005, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA. This is a highly accessible commercial hub, centrally positioned for quick response across the city and surrounding counties. Being situated in a prominent office tower may suggest a professional, established presence, which is a common expectation for contractors servicing the city's commercial properties.
The contractor has service options that include "Onsite services," which is standard for the roofing industry, confirming that their teams travel to the client's location to perform necessary work, inspections, and repairs on commercial properties throughout the service region. For property managers and business owners, a contractor's physical location and ability to rapidly mobilize crews are key considerations when dealing with time-sensitive issues like leaks or storm damage.

Features / Highlights – An Emphasis on Customer Due Diligence
In the construction and roofing industry, a key feature of any contractor is the reliability of its service and the integrity of its business practices. For Eastbound Commercial Roofing, the major highlight to a potential Pennsylvania customer is the *type* of work they advertise, particularly the specialization in storm and wind damage repair, which is a critical service following local weather events. They state a commitment to onsite services, ensuring that professionals come directly to the property.
However, it is crucial for local users to acknowledge that a contractor’s reputation and reliability are often more important than a feature list. Based on the available public reviews, the following points serve as an essential caution for users to integrate into their due diligence process when vetting any local contractor:
- Warranty and Guarantee Claims: The firm reportedly offers a 10-year guarantee with a warranty. This is a crucial feature, but potential clients must independently verify the terms and the contractor’s demonstrated ability to honor this promise.
- Post-Service Accountability: Reviews highlight significant concerns regarding post-repair communication, stating that calls were not returned and that repeat leaks, occurring just months after the initial repair, were not addressed under the warranty.
- Business Stability Indicators: Customers reported that the company's website was down and email communications bounced, which are severe red flags regarding the operational status and stability of the business, leading some to believe the firm may no longer be in operation.
- Integrity of Service: One customer reported being asked to pay *again* for a repair that was covered by an existing warranty and that failed just two months after the initial (expensive) service. This directly contradicts the expectations of a professional service guarantee.

What is Worth Choosing – A Guide to Vetting in the PA Market
When choosing a roofing contractor in Pennsylvania, what is truly "worth choosing" is a company that prioritizes long-term accountability over short-term sales. The state's commercial properties demand a contractor who provides genuine peace of mind.
For local users considering *any* roofing company, including Eastbound Commercial Roofing, the key takeaway is that the promise of a warranty must be matched by the *reputation for honoring it*. A reliable contractor, especially one dealing with the high-stakes issue of leaks and storm damage, should have clear, functioning lines of communication and a proven history of performing successful warranty work without requiring additional payment. The unfortunate experiences shared in the public domain—detailing leaks returning quickly, calls going unanswered, and an inability to connect with a stable, functioning business—serve as a strong reminder to all Pennsylvania property owners.
Therefore, before engaging with any contractor, you must:
- Verify Licensing and Insurance: Confirm their registration with the state and local authorities and verify their insurance coverage directly with the provider.
- Check Business Viability: Ensure the company's website, email, and primary phone lines are currently active and consistently answered.
- Scrutinize Reviews: Look for recent, detailed reviews on third-party platforms, paying close attention to feedback regarding post-service support and the honoring of warranties.
- Demand a Clear, Written Contract: Ensure all details—including the exact scope of work, materials, timeline, and explicit warranty terms—are documented before any work or payment begins. Never pay for warranty work that has not been deemed void by a third-party inspector.
While Eastbound Commercial Roofing lists services that are essential to the Pennsylvania market, the available public information suggests a significant gap between the advertised services and the actual customer support and long-term reliability provided. Users must exercise extreme caution and seek multiple, verified references before entrusting their property to this firm or any contractor exhibiting similar red flags.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Unfortunately my experience mirrors the recent bad reviews. The work they did on my roof only held up a few months and heavy rain brought back same leaking issues. They sell you on 10 year guarantee with warranty. Calls not returned. Website down. Email bounced. I think they’re out of business but if not they will be. I would look elsewhere.
June 15 · S.L. EavesI do not recommend this company. I hired them to fix my leaking roof and initially I thought they did a good job. My roof started leaking again 2 months later in the same spot. I’ve called them multiple times and they said someone will come out and no one ever came. Then they stopped picking up my calls. I was finally able to speak with the Uncle and he advised he would come out. He called the day of the appointment and stated he would not come out unless I pay them again. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting an attorney. I paid them a lot of money to repair my roof and it didn’t get fixed.
August 17 · R MartinThis company is a scam!! I got my roof done from them in April 2024.. 3 months later it rain and my roof leaked again!! I been calling them and the first phone call, they said they was coming out and never came or answered for me again!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
February 17 · Shawntay BarnesI had a contract with Eastbound Roofing for roof repair, pointing of bricks, prep and painting of outdoor windows, powerwashing. They honored the roofing part of the contract and nothing else. They repaired a leak in my roof. They did not complete the other 2/3 of the work. I asked for a refund, they said they would give me back $500. They did not return the $. If you deal with this company do not trust anything Dominic says. I believe Zachary is fair, but his Uncle Dominic made a lot of promises to complete work, other than roofing and none of the work was completed.
August 23 · Rachel DalinkaPut a coating on my roof and did a VERY sloppy job (coating dripping down the side of my house, over brick and paint, left material like buckets and rollers on the roof). Additionally the coating started peeling off after less than 6 months. I've tried contacting them, and got them on the phone once, otherwise they do not pick up. When I got them on the phone they said they would send someone out, but never did. I'd rate their service as a total scam.
