Hernandez Brothers Roofing & Remodeling was recommended by my insurance agent when I needed my roof checked for possible weather damage and filed a claim. Brody from the company contacted me and set up an inspection. He and his manager did a physical inspection of my roof and also took pictures using a drone. When Brody looked over the insurance company’s claim adjustment, he found some extra damage and items that should be included. The insurance company agreed to cover those as well. I was really happy with the detailed and clear proposal Brody gave me. After I accepted it, he scheduled the roof replacement with a short wait time. On the day they started, Brody and the crew arrived early and set up their property protection net system to make sure my plants, AC unit, and pool equipment stayed safe from debris while removing the old roof. I appreciated how careful they were—nothing in my yard was damaged. Brody stayed on-site for almost the whole project, which took two days, and made sure any issues were quickly handled. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out. When the work was finished, the crew cleaned up thoroughly and used magnets to pick up leftover nails.
