WORST. Does not stand by his work at all. Used OSB instead of plywood as contracted , did not lap material as per installation instructions, he rolled material with a weight half that as called for by manufacturer, used grey instead of black - all as per contract he wrote.The material in the photo should have been back nailed and lapped and it was not . My guess is when I tear this off I will discover that he used no Certainteed approved underlayment and no Certainteed base sheet . He followed NONE of the manufacturer's installation requirements - none - not one.What kind of person does this ?

Kent Hollow was by far one of the best contractors I have dealt with. Bruce made sure to always stay in contact and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. His guys were always on time and kept a clean organized work site. We are extremely happy with our new metal roof!

Worst contractor experience in my life. My family memeber was taken advantage of by price and quality of work. It really stinks that people like this are out there giving honest contractors a bad name. The worst part is I’m sure most people don’t realize they’ve been overcharged for ooor quality work.

Very unprofessional. Was just a very poor experience all around. Had to hire a second contractor to finish the work since he just stopped showing up or returning calls after he tore my house apart, and stopped returning
