I hired SRT Roofing in May 2023 to address a roof leak after heavy rainfall. Stanley, the owner, quoted $4,000 for the repair. I paid half upfront with the balance paid after completion. Unfortunately, within 3-4 months the same leak returned. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company did not properly address the issue. Stanley himself never inspected the roof as he said he would, and his workers did not resolve the problem. I ultimately had to hire another contractor to fully redo the roof. I reported the matter to the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, where he initially agreed to refund me but never followed through. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and his BBB accreditation was revoked after he did not cooperate with them. In 2025, I won a Small Claims Court judgment against SRT Roofing. To date, the judgment remains unpaid, with only a partial payment ever made despite the court’s decision.Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before hiring this company. What I expected to be a straightforward repair turned into unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and unresolved issues after completion. See pictures.

My husband George recently hired SRT roofing for a leak that we were having in one of our apartments. After so much money with trial and errors with other companies not solving the problem, Stanley knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. His pricing was very fair and he solved our issue. My husband says that when he initially called he spoke to the secretary Sara and she was very understanding of the situation and not dismissive at all like other companies he had contacted. We highly recommend them for their quality work and great work ethic. After a heavy rainfall we had no leaking like we would have had previously. You will not regret hiring this company.

SRT Roofing did a great job not only at one but both properties we own. First and foremost Stanley is an easy going individual who not only wants to get the work done but he’s also a human being who understands what type of work you want and makes sure it gets done the right way. Takes the initiative to show up and make sure his crew is on the same page as the work they’re supposed to get done. He has a very hardworking crew that go above and beyond to make sure they tackle every part of the services requested.Stanley and his crew were friendly, we examined everything that had to be done and came to an agreement on the price, a few days later showed up, had the crew start in the morning and by the end of the afternoon they were done. They closed up all the corners of the home and repaired the metallic frame in front of the house. I am a satisfied customer who would definitely recommend SRT to any of my friends.
