Absolutely, Rude!I contacted them for an emergency quote. They said that they were not coming out today because the weather was hot this week.He puts his office assistant on the phone, she tells me that since I didn't I didn't understand the first time, she will explain again.I told her that I wasn't a Moran,She then accused me of being irate because I defended myself.I just said I would seek someone else.Her response to me was, "Good luck with that."I would never use them again.They have horrible customer service.

Contacted roofing company on the recommendation of a relative. Genardi arrives, and immediately complains about parking and needing a minimum of 4 trucks for a small job fixing the other half of my roof. Called himself a "big" company though I had never heard of them until about a week ago.Be careful when selecting this contractor for a roofing job.

Genardi arrives, and immediately complains about parking and needing a minimum of 4 trucks for a small job fixing the other half of my roof. After purchasing my home less than a year ago, I was disappointed to find out my home inspector misinformed me about the condition of my roof. I was planning on getting a new roof the following spring and was merely getting quotes from multiple contractors who called from tricks or ads locally in the area. I was referred to call Corey by Sisco Construction who told me Genardi was the best in the area when it comes to roofs, that he may not always be the cheapest but if you want quality and top service seek no further. I called Corey and he did a thorough inspection and explained in great detail the issues and problems I couldn’t see from the outside, but would be a potential problem if I didn’t address it sooner such as rotted wood, poor ventilation etc. Corey was the most knowledgeable, honest and straight forward of all contractors I have worked with. He gave me a good price for high quality and best products available along with a detailed estimate warranty, but most importantly, MY time frame. The team came the morning promised, with a full crew, who worked faster and harder than I have ever seen. He has a great team lead who kept the project moving and they completed my roof in one day ( they had two layers to remove). The lead called me out to show areas they needed extra attention or replacement, Corey followed up with pictures to verify all additional materials used which was just a nice add. What floored me the most was the IMPECATBLE attention to detail and CLEAN UP that was included with the service. It was as if the workers were never there, down to the last nail in the lawn, the house was pristine. I highly recommend Genardi Contracting, call Corey and you will look no further!
