After some storm damage this Spring, we contacted Elixir Roofing Company to inspect the damage and replace our roof. The communication was great and the whole process went smoothly start to finish. The crew started early around 7 am and were finished around 4 pm. The crew was quick, polite and clean. Their industry and insurance knowledge is unmatched. Our situation was a frustrating one with insurance, but these guys made it happen. I cannot recommend this wonderful locally owned small business enough. We will use them forever!

They left the job site cleaner than they found it. Mike did the final inspection and posted a video highlighting the details of the work performed and explaining the benefits. All in all an excellent job completed on time at a competitive price. I highly recommend it.

Elixir Roofing Company did an amazing job. Very fast and efficient! Answered all of our questions and there was never any hassle. Built a new roof that was better than the old and we have had no more leaks at all and we have had a lot of storms. Very professional!! I would recommend Elixir Roofing Company to anyone!!

I have a leaking roof and I’m pretty sure there’s a big job to get done, so I started researching roofing companies in the area. Elixir came up with good ratings, so I gave them a call. I should have listened to the bad reviews, because they are absolutely true. From my experience, this company does not care about the customer or the work, they only want to scam you into buying a service membership.I foolishly purchased the membership as the saleswoman urged me, promising me priority attention and a Sunday time slot ahead of others. I paid this premium price because of the considerable size of my jobs and the urgency they require. I was given a 4 hour window on Sunday and told someone would call me half hour before arriving.An hour into the window on Sunday, after canceling all plans, I have heard nothing. When I call elixir to inquire, I’m told that the technician is on schedule and will call me later before showing up in the window. Two hours later, with only an hour left, I call AGAIN and am told by someone else that this is being escalated and someone will come within the hour. I wait another half hour and call again, to be told that in fact nobody is available today at all and nobody is coming. They canceled the appointment entirely, and ghosted me. They weren’t even planning to let me know out of courtesy.Bottom line is that you cannot trust a company that screws up on day one. If they can’t even live up to their own scheduled appointments to view work, how can anyone actually trust them to do actual work if a job begins?The sad thing is that I paid for this membership knowing that I would be using it for several large jobs this year, but now even that has been canceled. A refund of this scam membership is being processed. Funny thing is that Elixir representatives made no apology and processed the refund so fast it almost seems like they don’t care about the work at all. If they did they would have attempted to make things right. Pathetic.Stay away. There are actual roofing contractors in town that will give free estimates and who have respect for their customers and their company reputations. If I could give negative stars I would.
