DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had my roof don’t in 2018 or 19. Continued to have leaks, and called Rocco for services. Leaks NEVER resolved. They came back out to reflash, clean my downspout, and close my chimney. I continued to have issues. Called another company and was told how bad of a job Rocco did and how much debris that was left behind. I called Rocco back and was told “my guys would be fired on the spot”. Rocco had another guy come out and still nobody cleaned the roof, his worker was supposed to be in a service order. It’s been over 6 months and I’ve never heard from them again.

DO NOT USE! Terrible quality, bad service, and bad communication. This company used to be called Rocco & Sons Contracting, Inc. They installed a new flat roof on my house on 4/21/15 for $1,595. The work order form shows that all flashings were sealed with cement & 4" fabric. The form shows that the roof will be guaranteed for 15 years as long as it is reflashed every 5 years. Roof starts leaking Dec 2019, call Rocco and leave a voicemail, no call back. Call 1/7/20, they say that the "warranty" expired Dec 2019 (it's been 4 years and 9 months) and that the warranty isn't actually a 5 year warranty but a 4 years plus the rest of the year warranty (which is not in the paperwork). Pay $490 for them to come back out and seal flashings. I'm not sure if they ever came, they may have just put a bill in my mail slot, but the leak persisted. After continually calling them, I am told they will come out to fix the leak. I ask when they will come and am told "they just come when they come", I ask "can they call before they arrive" and get "they just don't work like that". I call another company on 11/30/20, they arrive on 12/2/20 look at everything and say the issue is that Sam Rocco doesn't use fabric like he says he does, and maintenance is not required. In summary, stay away from any businesses called Rocco Roofing, R&R Family Contractors, or Stainer Contracting Co (their old address used to be 8601 Torresdale Avenue, Phila, PA 19136).
