When considering Arco Construction for a project in New Jersey, it is important to weigh all aspects of their public profile. On one hand, the company presents itself with a long history and a wide range of services, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors. They hold certifications like the GAF Master Elite®, which is often a sign of quality and can be beneficial for securing extended warranties. Their ability to handle diverse projects, from installing complex metal panels to providing masonry services, positions them as a versatile contractor. The fact that they have been in business for decades and have received awards in the past suggests a solid foundation of experience and industry knowledge. They also emphasize project management and customer service, including a commitment to safety and a one-stop-shop approach.
However, it is crucial to also consider all available public information, including customer feedback. The provided reviews from customers in New Jersey raise serious concerns about the company's performance and customer service. One review describes a persistent leak after a new roof installation, citing "incompetence" and a lack of care from the company. The customer claims that despite multiple attempts to fix the leak, the issue was never resolved and the company made excuses. Another review from a customer in Northern New Jersey explicitly states they "do not recommend" the company for new construction work, alleging that Arco Roofing "do not honor the warranty" and "over charge for ineffective repairs." These negative reviews point to potential issues with post-installation support, warranty fulfillment, and the effectiveness of their repair work.
For New Jersey users, these conflicting reports present a complex picture. On one hand, there is a company that has been in business for many years with a list of impressive services and certifications. On the other, there are clear and direct customer testimonials that allege a failure to deliver on fundamental promises, such as a leak-free roof and honoring a warranty. When making a decision, it is essential for a potential client to conduct their own due diligence, perhaps by requesting references for recent projects and carefully reviewing the terms of any contract or warranty before proceeding. The decision to choose a contractor should be based on a thorough evaluation of their technical capabilities and their track record for customer satisfaction and accountability.

Arco Construction Reviews
It is the worst company you can choose. A year and a half ago I had a new roof done on my house in Hoboken with them, it was the worst choice because from that day on we constantly had a leak. They came several times to try to fix it, but they are so incompetent that they did absolutely nothing, they don't care the people who trust them and make an effort to pay the roof. Neither ARCO nor GAF, which is the "insurance" company, did anything more than make excuses on their clients.
December 17 · Gaston Boireau Lahore (gasti)We do not recommend Arco Roofing for any new construction work in Northern New Jersey. They do not honor the warranty and over charge for ineffective repairs, they will find excuses to say they are not responsible.
February 08 · 162SOAArco is subpar to say the least. My condo association contracted them to fix our aging roof in 2017 and there were many problems.Firstly, they damaged my air conditioner, and I had to call a repairman to get it fixed. Additionally, they failed to properly set up temporary roofing structure while they were working on the roof. As a result residents experienced water damage to their units. When residents do raise issues they don't respond in a timely manner. I do not recommend.
April 19 · Jon ChaplinNearly ran off the road by one of their trucks and rather than a "sorry I didn't see you there wave" I get flipped off. Definitely not the type of people I can trust working on my property without being there, let alone to do quality work with that "me first" attitude
July 15 · douglas marsanSTAY AWAY! The most unprofessional sub contractor I have ever come across. They will consistently "no call, no show" and upcharge their work with no clear communication. You can certainly do better elsewhere.
