So my roof was a complete disaster. Leaking and shingles coming off. Jarin came out to take a look promptly. My insurance company only approved a repair of the roof. But the shingles were in such bad shape that the repair wouldn’t hold due to the condition of the roof. Jarin/ Andy knew that was the case. They fought the insurance company on my behalf to get the entire roof replacement covered. Long story short is they had my back and fought for my roof to be fixed and not patched! If you are looking for a roofing company, look no further! Blue Line Roofing and Exteriors is the company for you! Great home town company! Not one of these Ambulance chaser franchise companies.

Blue Line did an awesome roofing job making my old house look new again! They even put up my bat house for me! They left with only a great job and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. They were able to work with my insurance and deliver a great job at a great price!

No one ever really wants to get a new roof, but at some point, sometimes you have to. I was dreading going through this process and quoted 5+ companies in my area. Blue Line was by far the most customer centric company I quoted. Mike Smith was who I worked with, and he took the time to educate me about my roof, what to look for, answer any questions, provide shingle samples; the whole 9 yards. Most of the other companies I spoke to just provided quotes and gave the standard "We provide the best quality work etc. etc." without really explaining everything that had to be done.Tearing off a roof and putting one on may seem like as easy job just because it is only 1 day of work, but there is so much more than that. Mike took the time to compare warranties on different shingles, workmanship warranties, timeline/weather to install the roof, weather and algae ratings between shingles and so much more. Mike was available via call/text whenever I needed, and response time was usually in a matter of minutes.Due to weather we had to install on a Sunday and Mike was at our property as the crew was getting set up and stayed around majority of the day to make sure the crew had what they needed, I had what I needed and most of all he walked my property along with my neighbors all day to pick up any debris from the roof - he even came the next morning to do a quick walkaround and spent another hour or two walking the area to make sure nothing was missed.Blue Line has over a decade of experience in roofing and exteriors and their quality of work shows - also a Veteran owned business! I would recommend anyone looking to get exterior updates to contact Blue Line/Mike Smith!

Just had a roof replaced by Blue Line after hail and wind damage. The contact person - Dylan was very good at working both with me and my home owner's insurance adjuster to ensure a smooth project overall.The crew that did the roof completed the work very efficiently and effectively in one day and were also very careful in protecting plants & patio etc. The post work "tidy up" was completed the same day and was very thorough indeed.The company's use of technology to share all required documents and to facilitate payment via QuickBooks was very helpful as well.Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend them as a good roofing contractor.
